Going to any festivals this Summer? Port Eliot is one of my favorite Cornish festivals. On from 28th-31st July, set in the beautiful grounds of the Port Eliot Estate, St Germans, nr Plymouth; it’s a great all round festival for music, food, theatre, outdoor living, philosophical wonderings and literature.
You can wild swim in the river, do yoga on the lawn, stay up dancing till dawn…see your favorite chef perform; there’s something for everyone.
I will be doing a cooking demonstration there this year with Mark Devonshire, Fat Hen’s fish and game chef.
