Here is a sample menu showing the kinds of dishes you will be enjoying on one of our Gourmet Wild Food Weekends. The seasonal food on our menus is either foraged or sourced sustainably and locally, then lovingly prepared and beautifully presented by our fantastic chefs. You will experience entirely new flavours!
