alexanders risotto, wild salad leaves with mallow flowers
freshly baked soda bread and butter

meadowsweet or yarrow

Hedgerow Cocktail
sloe gin, elderberry wine, rosehip and crab apple syrup, topped up with champagne,
and served with fresh blackberries and a sprig of wild corn mint

6.30pm
Appetisers
crispy laver seaweed with chilli flakes
chanterelle crostini
home made hallumi cheese (made with milk from the farm) on toasted mugwort pitta with wilted wild greens
wood pigeon breast with mugwort, black pepper and elderberries

Main
pan fried mackerel fillets or mugwort falafel
wild salsa verde
rock samphire fritti
new Cornish potatoes
sea beet (wild spinach)

Pudding
wild rose carragheen pudding

Japanese knotweed jam or crab apple, elderberry and sweet geranium leaf jelly

miso soup with fresh seaweeds: dulse, laver, sea lettuce and gutweed using a kelp stock

1pm
Lunch

line caught sea bass stuffed with rock samphire
home smoked mackerel
rabbit rilletes with pickled rock samphire
nettle, sorrel and wild chervil frittata (made with eggs from our chickens)
new Cornish potatoes
wild salad leaves with mallow flowers
freshly baked soda bread and butter

To Take Home With You
rabbit rilletes and hallumi cheese
