SATURDAY


9.30 -10am
Arrive
tea, coffee, introductions

10am
Cooking Demonstration
hallumi cheese made using milk from the farm

10.45am
Seashore Forage
seaweeds, sea beet (wild spinach), rock samphire, shellfish, herbs and salads

1pm
Cooking Demonstration
alexanders risotto, carragheen pudding

1.30pm
Lunch
either in the Goat Barn or al fresco, depending on the weather

2pm
Woodland, Farmland and Hedgerow Forage
walk around Boscawen-noon farm and surroundings foraging for
hedgerow and woodland salads and herbs, fruits, seeds, roots and fungi

4.30pm
Afternoon Tea
in Boscawen-noon Stone Circle

5pm
Cooking Demonstration
wild salsa verde, hallumi/ricotta making, soda bread

6pm
Cocktails and Appetisers

7.30pm
Dinner
with fine wine, served in the Goat Barn

9.30pm
Live Folk Music
played by local folk musicians from the Tinners Arms session in Zennor

11pm
End
taxi service back to accommodation



SUNDAY

Seashore, Woodland or Farmland Forage
forage to one or more of these habitats to collect flowers, herbs,
vegetables, seaweeds and salads for lunch

making something to take home
