FOOD CYCLING DAYS
These days run from 10am - 4pm £60 per person | Book The day will cover quite a lot of ground - up to 30 miles and will be partly on-road and partly off road. You will get to experience a broad range of wild food habitats in West Cornwall and will get to eat a 3 course wild lunch outside on the beach (if the weather is good) or under cover if not. CONSULTANCY Price £ 250 per day (+ travel expenses @ £0.35p/mile) | Contact Caroline for availability Caroline can carry out a Wild Food Survey or a Useful Plant Survey of your land. With over a decade of Ecological Consultancy experience with CEC Ltd., Caroline has the expertise to visit you at home and survey your land for edible, medicinal, useful and invasive plants. A full botanical survey can be carried out to include all the native plants growing on your land if you would like the full survey. Advice for planting schemes to enhance the land for wildlife or to improve the wild food resource on the land can also be given. Plant uses and recipes will be included in a report with annotated maps of your land showing the location of all these plants. |
