We will meet on the beach to pick up some live crab from a local fisherman which will have been brought in that morning. We will forage for a few ingredients in the vicinity of the beach and then make a fire to cook on.
The crab will be cooked in sea water over a fire, and once cooked, we will prepare it and make our lunch of fresh pasta with crab and seashore herbs & seaweeds. If the weather is terrible we’ll bring the crab back to the cookery school and cook here. This event is only available as a group booking for a minimum number of 5 people or more.

Foraging tuition, tuition in cooking and preparing crab and a crab based lunch.

A bottle of water, waterproof clothing.
